I'm a little bored of Tumblr, too many people just reblog picture after picture after picture, the whole point of a blog is that its personal, so I'm using my Tumblr as an inspiration board where I will just post anything that catches my eye, but I'm coming back to Blogspot!!!
I havent posted here for so long it took me ages to recover my password!
and I've lost a lot of followers :( I suppose that'll happen if you dont post anything in over a year! (and boy! what a year its been, but thats another post, some other time!)

Foale and Tuffin Exhibition at The Fashion & Textile Museum London

This was my first time at the Fashion & Textile Museum, Founded by Zandra Rhodes, since it opened in 2003
The building itself is fab, bright orange and pink certainly stands out from the rest.

We went up to see the Foale and Tuffin exhibition, Marion Foale and Sally Tuffin were young designers in the early 60's and opened up shop in 1965, just off Carnaby Street.
There were so many gorgeous dresses and trouser suits out on display at the FTM, I felt like a kid in a sweet shop, or a dog in a butchers!

It was like stepping back in time with the walls covered in pictures of Foale & Tuffin Illustrations, photos of Twiggy and Patti Boyd, among others, and 60's iconic pop drifting through the speakers! I was in Heaven for a short while.

Here's the infamous "Double D" Dress as modelled by Jenny Boyd in 1966
and the "Domino" Dress, (the print was designed by Zandra Rhodes)
I will definitely be popping in there again, I vote Biba next time!

Went to see Gok Wan at Bluewater, he was there signing hes new book, Work your Wardrobe,

I made him a GOK Scrabble necklace, which I might add, he LOVED, he bounced around like a kid at Christmas and put it on straight away, he also said hes wearing it to The Clothes Show so it will be in all the press shots, YaY!
